Our cutoff time for same-day dispatch is 5:30 PM EST. Orders placed before this time will be processed for dispatch on the same day.

Q4. Out of Stock Item Process:

In the event that an item becomes unavailable in our inventory:

  • We will wait until all items are back in stock before dispatching the order.
  • If some items are available while others are out of stock, we will send the available items first. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
  • Alternatively, for out of stock items, we can cancel and refund the affected items while shipping the remaining items in the order.

We do not handle import duties and taxes for international shipments. Customers are responsible for settling any fees upon arrival in their destination country.
